Here she is, a picture that I love, Aurora Borealis over Okotoks, I believe that was on May 5th, 2023 of course, not that long ago. The wonders of nature, what story is she trying to tell us? If only I could fluidly talk with her. I do my best to listen to her and abide by whatever acts of kindness that I can towards her. I have to admit I am not innocent, in my past I may have done things that would bring harm to this ever so splendid gift that we were given. Why don't we turn around and look at the wondrous sky? Hello my friend, let's walk together today and talk with one another. If only it were that simple. I have the want to take my hand and just touch the beauty that she has created, but alas I am not of the size that is able to quite reach her. But, in mine own mind I can converse with her and she and I can agree. I love her, this she knows and in turn I know she also does love me so. She is one and the same as the creator of all, she'll show you the beauty, if only ...

  Look at that sky, I could stand and look at this natural beauty for hours. You know on a side thought I have to find a substitute word for beautiful. How about the sky looks awe inspiring? I look at that and I am truly in awe of the vision I am beholding. Sure, perhaps for some it means not all that much, but to me, it means there was a promise, a promise that will go unbroken.    Walk into your imagination, walk upon those clouds, how do they feel under your bare feet? Very soft, yet solid, there is no fear that you will fall through. You are not the same as you once were, but you are the same as when you were originally created. It's all coming back to you now, just remember there are those that never forgot. They see you, they see through you, one day you will have to face the truth of all that has passed. 

Was up late last night looking out the window and found a beautiful sky, can anyone tell me is that a planet by the moon and if it is, which planet is it? I am located in Okotoks Alberta Canada and this was the beautiful view from out my window.  

I took this video on the evening of May 17, 2023, this is what all the smoke from the forest fires makes the sun look like, interesting isn't it? The video is not modified in any way, it's exactly how it looks, at least that is how the camera interprets it, no filters added, 100% natural.  This is how we see if from Okotoks, so I'm guessing it would look very similar in the surrounding areas, providing they are not overly smoked, because when the smoke is thicker the sun just disappears in the smoke; but I'm sure you all knew that. You will find I often times just type as I think things out, sometimes it makes sense and at other times, perhaps not.

Here we go, isn't she a beauty? The work done on this motorcycle is absolutely phenomenal, that is talent. We're out here trying to take in the shows that allow filming, bringing the sights to any and all people that couldn't get out personally to see what was taking place. Follow along with us, at the moment we're mostly working in the area of Southern Alberta, but hopefully over time we can expand outwards a bit more.

This video was resurrected off of an old video camera, I think it's not too bad considering it is from 2008. We were out on vacation to Vancouver Island at that time, we pretty much wandered nearly all over the place. We were as far south as Sooke BC and went as far northwest to Long Beach BC. It was a heavy travel vacation but it was still pretty awesome to see all that beautiful scenery.  

We managed to resurrect some old footage off of a video camera that we still have, this was a vacation we took way back in 2008, we had a fantastic time out on Vancouver Island. We drove pretty much from the south end of the Island to the north end. We did get to Sooke BC and then we did go as far as up past Long Beach on the west side of the Island.  It wasn't my first time on the Island but it was for Kass, he very much liked seeing everything out there, especially Coombs, with the goats on the roof. We are the team KassDays, we are vlogging about daily life, our daily life and any events that we can get to. We are located in the Southern Alberta area, just south of Calgary Alberta. When you watch the video, look at where we've been and contemplate on where we may go on this Vlogger journey? When we know of an event that is happening, in a location that we can get to, we are going to work diligently on getting to that even and recording it to the best of our abilities.  We have a lot to learn still, but we do like what we are doing and we are definitely learning something new daily, We believe with the way the life changes, sometimes we need to adjust what we are doing to bring you the video entertainment that you can most times enjoy. How can you help your flowers to look beautiful and healthy? Hey, I'm sorry I don't have a definite answer to that, I just kind of wing it, you know, on a wing and a prayer, and most times it kind of works okay. But, having said that I have also had some epic fails. let me tell ya. I believe for here in Okotoks it does matter greatly which plants you pick for the growing season. The one I'm showing here is very easy to maintain and it likes a lot of sun, so okay I can do those two things, simple enough. If you get the more delicate plants with the extraordinary flowers I think you really need to study what those types of plants want, to at least have a bit of related knowledge in regards to that specific flowering plant. Back a couple of years ago, Kass made the first attempt to grow potatoes out of containers, the end result wasn't all that wonderful to be honest. So, we did not attempt to grow potatoes again for a couple of years, until last spring. I thought I would ...

  What does this visit to the Sheep River do for me? For one, just looking at the picture, before even playing the video takes my imagination away on a peaceful journey. If everyday you can just look at beauty and work with that beauty, wouldn't that be a glorious life? We did manage to make of couple of short videos showing the Sheep River in Okotoks Alberta, hope you enjoy them, think of them as a bit of an escape.

  Have you gotten the plant envy bug yet? I certainly have and I just can't figure out what to precisely do so I'm kind of all over the map, You see in this pic we have some lovely red Petunias that did fabulously, what do you think? We are going a bit of a different route this year, we are attempting to grow some right from seed, anyone have any recommendations that will help us out? How much do you like like performances? I enjoy them most of the time, of course that is probably also dependent upon the company you are with. But, in general I love a good live show, I try to situate us in seats so that we can simply watch the show and enjoy, little chit chat required. We've been a few times and the performances were good all of those times, the food is average, not too bad, not over the top fantastic, but it's okay. Have you been to any good live shows lately that you would recommend? We would prefer a live show in Calgary, as it's just easier to get to. Let us know.  

      Kass even got into some of the videos at the CalgaryExpo, next year if you recognize Kass don't be afraid to come up and say hello. There were so many outstanding #cosplay outfits this year, I hope next years Cosplay performers do even more and their number grow. Does anyone know about Furry Fandom, does an event like that take place in the Calgary area? If you know of something please don't hesitate to drop me a line or two.

    This years #calgaryexpo2023 was fabulous, did you make it to the POW - Parade of Wonders - and/or the show? We went to the parade for the first time, and it turned out so well we are definitely going to the POW again next year, very much looking forward to it. Every year I think I like the cosplay part of the event more and more, one of these years I'm going to show up in an awesome costume.
