Alberta Photography in Kananaskis Country

If I'm not mistaken this photo is of Barrier Lake which is out in Kananaskis Country. Barrier Lake is a man made reservoir on the north end of Kananaskis Country here in Alberta Canada.

This body of water is Mountain water which means it is very cold, if you fall in, it will affect you immediately. So be careful around these mountain fed bodies of water. Beautiful to admire but give them the respect that they deserve.

Can you imagine having a home where you had such a view? I could sit there all day and look out at it, or does it wear off after awhile? Not sure, when we travel a bit and stay in hotels that do have a good view, we do spend quite a bit of time admiring the view.

I recommend to myself to get out in nature, find the peace and quiet so that I can bring myself back to the person that I wish to be. Get rid of the stress and take some deep breaths, enjoy the view.
