Why more people want to Work from Home

If you’ve been out in the workforce lately you are probably more than aware of the abuse that goes on. Employees bicker between themselves and then on the other hand there is the claim of favoritism that takes place between supervisors and those in their charge. This is not only about supervisors; it can run all the way to the top, the supervisor may not have gotten the position on work related merits as well. The problem leads to the top of the chain in many situations, the top of the chain that is often unaware of what is going on; supervisors may only be reporting events as they pick and choose. People want to work from home in the hopes of avoiding the daily conflicts that can take place in the office. We often do not see things as clearly as we should, we tend to be partial to ourselves; we first need to make sure that what we believe to be true is an actual fact.
