Have you been online looking around at what some articles have to say? It seems some employers have gone insane. I read an article on Workopolis and it was a real head shaker, it's no wonder more and more people are attempting to start their own work from home business.

What does it say if an employer can post an ad that says, 'Obese people need not apply'; this medical center is presently being sued. Then there are those ads that say don't bother applying if you are unemployed? I guess if we're unemployed we are much less worthy, who the heck wants to work for these people anyhow? To top that all of there is the no smoking ever one, where the prospective employer screens you for nicotine before and during your employment. This is going a bit far.

Then again you can get six years in jail for selling fake Frankenstein posters. But you can stay out of jail if you work for the big corporations and do some not exactly legal number manipulations. It seems it all depends on who you know. Check out some conspiracy theories by Jesse Ventura.

So you want to work from your home to earn your monthly income, do you realize the big change it’s going to be for you? On the plus side, when you work from your home you no longer have to do the daily commute to and from your job site; you will also be saving on the cost of gas for getting back and forth. Another plus is that you don’t have to put up with irritating co-workers or bosses; these are just a few of the many bonuses when you decide to work from your home.

But, there could be something very important that you are overlooking in your giddy joy to be free. Sure, you are most likely very happy to be done with that commute and those other people you may have had to work alongside of but keep it real and do your homework. This is not your regular 9 to 5 job and there is no one there to tell you when its break time and what exactly you have to do and when. Are you going to be able to do this for yourself easily? Do you have the strong character to stick to it so that things get done for your home business?

I’m going to tell you now, you need to set yourself a fairly firm schedule if you want to work from your home and be successful. Let’s say you have 3 websites, perhaps you want to do one post per day, per site; can you be firm with yourself and make sure that this gets done? Let’s assume your posts are going to be at least 300 words each and if you want them to be good posts you are going to have to do some research on the topics you choose. It may mean that your days could get longer instead of shorter, but we have to remember, we are doing it for ourselves and the end goal is worth it.
