As far as startup business ideas go, the only limitations are your mind and your pocketbook, if you want to sell trivial items and feel you can promote it well enough, you should give it a try.The point that I make is, if you like diamonds, gold, cars or anything else, find a way to throw a bit of what you really like into your home based business; if there is an opportunity to sell it as an affiliate take advantage of it.
You must continue with your usual methods of promotion and content creation; no good content to look at means no visitors. It does get tiring doing website promotion day in and day out so mix it up, throw in a bit of what you like to dream about, but don't stray too far off of the main idea of your website.
